Center for the Defence of Human Rights (CDHR) is a non- political,non-business, welfare,voluntary and non-government human rights organisation. The organisation will act as preservation of general people human rights, fundamental rights such as food, cloths,residence, health,education, security and development of life and status. The main motive of the organisation is to provide social security through lawful assistance to any person. It will provide lawful assistance to the authority concern for the preservation of human rights. It was founded on 1st oct.2004 by a group of educated and alike minded professionals aiming at improvement of Livelihoods of the poor and marginalized people, with special emphasis on the women and children development through social mobilization, training and capacity building, formation of local institution etc.CDHR believes in non-directive,bottom up,participatory and integrated development approach and acts as catalyst in helping the poor people in their own destiny, gradually it has taken the task to promote income generation for the poor mistly unemployed, landless and under privileged persons rural areas through human and skilldevelipment training, health services, environmental awareness.
